Murder Play - Take Five - They had To Go

"Apr 1994"

"Murder Play" by Brian J. Burton
Muder Play tells of a married couple who spend the night at their employer's after a dinner party
- only to find they have been sacked. More shocks are to come when it appears their former boss has been murdered by his wife, and they must help dispose of the body. Their bitterness intensifies when it transpires the murder is an elaborate practical joke. Or is it?
"Take Five" by Westley M. Pedersen
Take Five is about the zany opening night of a stage production where the sets are incomplete, one actor forgets to arrive, a member of the audience receives a telephone call and two incompetent stage hands cause havoc.
"They had To Go" by Lorna Bol
They had to go is the story of an elderly woman persuaded by her family and friends to leave the old suburban home she loves and live in a unit. isolated by "bad legs" and a fear of lifts, and closeted with a deaf and aging husband, she wards off the boredom by weaving dreams around the daily lives of two people she secretly watches from her window. Her dreams are shattered, however, by an interfering neighbour.
