Set in the 18th century, Dear Departed centres on a grandfather who is found dead in his bedroom. His two 'loving' daughters are left the estate. Amid much bickering, they try to sort out who is entitled to what. However, granddad is a smart devil and has a nice surprise for his crafty offspring.
"The Scent of Honeysuckle" by Jean Lenox Toddie
This play centres around an elderly widow reluctant to leave her family home. Daughter Kate, is convinced mother is not safe to leave on her own and moves in.
"None the Wiser" by Anthony Booth
Trouble starts when two nuns knock on th convent door seeking accommodation. They can't turn them away, but then again certainly can't invite them to stay.
