Gaslight by Patrick Hamilton was a clasic Victorian thriller sat in the latter part of the last century. Director Narelle Bickerdike cast Peter Sherry as the suave, authoritive Mr Manningham and Michelle Sherry as his quite wife. Without giving too much of the plot away, we saw an ex-detective Rough arrive on the scene played by Paul Wincen. He was helped by Elizabeth ( June Cooper ) to sort out a few problems. To add some spice along came Nancy the bold little maid played by Joanne Conelly. A great family play that every body was thrilled by.
