The story is set in Australia, in the fictitious Sapphire Gully.
The dastardly villian, Max Mean is doomed from the start, as he arrives via parachute
in a paddock....only to be met by a moody bull. Max and his partner in crime,
the highly-coiffed Maxine Mean, have their greedy eyes set on "aquiring" a jewel-encrusted
crown, which is supposed to awarded to the Annual Sapphire Princess.
Along the way, there is singing, dancing, plenty of laughs and the obligatory chase scene,
as the perky young hero ultimately saves the day.
