Set in the early 50's in England, at the Gibraltar School for Young Ladies founded by Harriet and Matilda Pye, played by Joanne Willett and Michelle Sherry. The long suffering teachers ( Narelle Bickerdike, Melissa Sellers , June Cooper and Johanne Castle ) have their lives made miserable not only by the pupils but also by the present Head Mistress, Miss Rowe ( Charisse Dorrian ) Known as "Hard Rowe"
