This fun play is the story of a group of would-be-dancers who meet once a week for tap classes. It follows the characters from dancing "just for fun" to searching for stardom. This change in attitude occurs when teacher Mavis is invited to enter her class in a local concert. Along the way the audience shares the dancers' most intimate and humerous moments, as Mavis questions whether she will live to regret accepting the invitation.
