Sarah, Paul, Albert, Ed and the lovely Sylvia in the forground. Ok Sylvia $ 100.00 and this photo is off the internet...ha ha   Joanne comes into the 'boys' dressing room un anounced. Quick boys pull up your trousers! Hang on Sarah has been there the whole time anyway..No wonder there's a smile on her face.

You've finished work for the day and your all tuckered out. It's been one of 'those' days and to top it off your mind is full of all those thoughts about work this and busy afternoon that. Well that's what 'warm up' is all about. At logan City Theatre Company we wind down the day and wind up the play. It's all about having fun and relaxing.

Sarah putting on her make up before the play. She takes a while and does a really good job!. ok she's ready to go on stage..Hang on! she's not in this play! She's doing sound...Some people will do anything for attention won't they?   Albert guards the coke, Sarah's having fun with her lollie pop..let's not go there!, Ken's just hanging around and Warren well I think he's worried about his lines. Sylvia is trying to work out how she is going to afford to pay off those bribes to get these embarressing photos off the internet.

We start off with some light stretches and breathing exercises and then we move on into some light games like 'woosh bang', you'll have to ask one of the actors about that one! There are a lot of 'games' we play but remembering the purpose of the warm up we end up forgetting about the day we have just had and focus on the evening ahead.

I've heard of sticking together but this is crazy. Ok every body on the count of three, one, two and three. We all fall down!   Here we play a game of wink murder, just another way of relaxing before the big night. Ok every body when you die you have to die like a chicken. Who thought of this game anyway? Graham? Graham, what are you laughing at?

Last but not least we do a thing called bonding. And no you don't need to be 21 to do this one. You don't even need a note from your mum! It's all about working together as a team and helping each other out when the need arises. The director gets her usual bunch of flowers. Funny how the bribe never works though, She / He still keeps giving us notes for next time. When an actor gets a 'note' we usually shudder in fear ( Only joking ) Then its off to wait in the dressing room till we get our 45 minute call, our 30 minute call and then our 15 minute call. Then we're on stand by.. The heart starts thumping and the nerves start jittering.
What's my first line again? Ah...can I go home now? ... Please....
